CMS Switzerland Looks to Aderant Expert for Solution

ATLANTA – December 20, 2016 – With offices in Zurich and Geneva, CMS Switzerland, one of the country’s leading law firms, have selected the Aderant Expert solution to fulfill their need to cover as many processes as possible with one suite of products. In addition to the Expert core solution, CMS will also be adopting additional Aderant applications, including FoundTime for increased efficiency, Collections for accounts receivable, and Spotlight for enhanced business analytics.

When CMS partner Alain Raemy sought a solution for the firm’s needs, in addition to the single suite of products element, he expressed the need for a modern architecture and appealing user interface. Perhaps the largest emphasis was wanting a robust partner that would ensure constant development of the software. “At the end, Aderant were preferred because the functionalities of Expert are more thought through,” said Raemy.

CMS’s search for a new solution went hand-in-hand with the introduction of a modern document management system (DMS) product, moving their handling of files from a still partly paper-based system, to an ever-increasing electronic file system. Said Raemy, “We expect greater efficiencies in our work, and Expert is a more mature product. We put great weight on the element of intuitive use of software to increase the efficiency of the users, and the extent to which they use the software. Aderant stood out in this field.”
