The RSC team is comprised of industry professionals who leverage expertise both in Aderant Expert software and within the legal and professional service industries, making them ideal advisors. Each RSC will work with his or her regional clients to schedule recurring onsite visits focused on customer service, software usage reviews, updates on the latest releases, and best practices.
The RSC will bridge the gap between the essential information, which is necessary to use Aderant Expert, and the extended information, which increases client return on investment and user satisfaction.
To this end, the RSCs will provide the following field-level services:
The RSC will deliver a 20-minute presentation on topics ranging from the latest tips and tricks, information about product enhancements, or other valuable updates to help augment your already industry-leading return on investment.
Your RSC will present a standardized questionnaire based on best practices. Aderant will then use that survey to evaluate your current processes and identify gaps in your software utilization, business and functional procedures, training, equipment requirements, and more.
Your RSC will start by asking what you are doing "right." With most business challenges, there are many potential solutions. Understanding your approach can lead to new insights and greater returns. The RSC will identify your firm's unique process-related challenges (or pain points) in order to determine where the collaboration between you and Aderant can help develop innovative process solutions create even more powerful tools.
