An ADERANT client since 1999, Hinshaw decided to upgrade to ADERANT Expert Release 7.5 based on the application suite’s new functionality, including improved financial and statutory reporting capabilities and enhanced support for credit notes and ebilling. Hinshaw completed the conversion in less than six months, making it the fourth time the firm had successfully migrated to a more advanced version of ADERANT Expert.

Taylor Wessing Up and Running Smoothly
Taylor Wessing put ADERANT’s practice management system through its paces as soon as the application suite was implemented. In the first 30 days after going live on ADERANT Expert the firm entered nearly 50,000 time entries, opened 170 new clients and 600 matters, entered 3,700 disbursements, created 2,500 accounts payable invoices, and created bills for more than 3,600 matters.

Nyemaster Goode Converts to ADERANT Expert 7.5 in 6 Months
Nyemaster Goode kicked off its implementation of ADERANT Expert in mid-October 2008 and by January 2009 had finished converting all the data from its legacy system. The firm completed two months of testing and customization and began transacting on ADERANT Expert in early April.

Rodyk & Davidson LLP Upgrades Over the Weekend
Rodyk & Davidson LLP originally implemented ADERANT Expert in 2001, making it the first law firm in Singapore to use ADERANT’s integrated business management system. The firm decided to migrate to ADERANT Expert Release 7.5 to take advantage of the software’s new user interface and advanced capabilities, including handheld time entry functionality and close integration with the firm’s other mission-critical applications. Rodyk completed its upgrade over a single weekend. The firm’s information technology professionals worked with ADERANT’s professional services team to simultaneously migrate its application servers and several hundred PCs.

Burns & Levinson LLP completed its implementation project in ten months, successfully rolling out ADERANT Expert to more than 120 attorneys across four offices.
