Atlanta, GA—September 20, 2006– ADERANT, a global provider of business and financial management software for professional services organizations, today announced that it has appointed Brad Sidwell as Vice President, Practice Solutions. In this role, Sidwell will lead ADERANT’s global pre-sales consulting organization and improve how the company interfaces with professional services firms throughout sales cycles.

With more than 12 years of senior technology management experience in AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 firms, Sidwell brings extensive legal industry knowledge to ADERANT’s sales organization. He will improve ADERANT’s understanding of the business and management issues driving law firm technology investments.

Prior to joining ADERANT, Sidwell served as the Chief Information Officer of Atlanta-based Troutman Sanders LLP, an AmLaw 100 law firm with more than 600 attorneys.

Earlier in his career, Sidwell was the Chief Technology Officer of Powell Goldstein LLP, an Atlanta-based law firm with more than 300 attorneys, and the Chief Information Office of Ice Miller LLP, an Indianapolis, Indiana-based law firm.

In these positions, Sidwell provided executive leadership and budget oversight for various areas, including information technology, telecommunications, litigation support, library services, and records management.

Sidwell received a B.A. from Butler University and a M.B.A from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
