Chief Executive Officer
Giglio brings more than 23 years of executive management experience to Aderant. He has an extensive background in software company operations, professional services, sales, and marketing leadership.
Before joining Aderant, Giglio served as Senior Vice President of Client Operations for Surgical Information Systems providing services including implementation, consulting, and support. He joined SIS from McKesson Provider Technologies, where he served as Division Vice President of Services and Technology. At McKesson, he led the organization and growth of the company’s Program Management Office (PMO) and launched an innovative service offering that provided revenue cycle and clinical outcome improvements to physicians.
Prior to McKesson, Giglio served as Managing Director for Cerner Corporation’s Accelerated Solutions Center (ASC), where he decreased product implementation time by 50%.
Giglio holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Price brings more than 25 years of executive management experience to Aderant. She has an extensive background in software company operations, professional services, and research and development leadership.
Before joining Aderant, Price served as Chief Financial Officer of Ventyx Inc, the world’s largest provider of software to the energy and utilities industry. She was responsible for all back office functions. Price integrated six acquisitions and established a highly effective team covering accounting, tax, finance, legal, human resources, facilities, and information technology. Price was also a key member of the transaction team culminating in a transaction valued at over $1 billion to sell Ventyx to ABB.
Price joined Ventyx via its acquisition of NewEnergy Associates, LLC from Siemens. Price was the President and CEO of NewEnergy and a founding principal of the company. NewEnergy provided planning and operational software and associated services to the energy industry. Prior to becoming the President and CEO, Price was the Chief Operating Officer and held many positions of increasing responsibility covering all areas of product consulting, software development, and back office operations.
Price holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia’s Program for Superior Students.
Senior Vice President of Research and Development
Barry has 25 years of experience in software research and development. His extensive work with Microsoft technology will give Aderant clients the solutions they need to run their business more profitably and meet the changing needs of the professional services industry.
Most recently Barry was General Manager of Web Products as well as a Digital Front End server line for document workflow solutions at EFI, Inc. He was responsible for managing all aspects of six product lines including product management, R&D, product marketing, QA, and channel development. Barry led the team that developed the fastest growing product for the company based on revenue generated.
Prior to EFI Barry was Senior Vice President of Engineering at T/R Systems, Inc. (now EFI, Inc.), a leading provider of digital document management software solutions. Barry helped direct the strategic transition of T/R Systems from a contracted services company to a product development and professional services company. At T/R Systems Barry was also responsible for all engineering and product development efforts. Part of his responsibility included developing and maintaining relationships with key Japanese OEMs including Canon, Ricoh, Minolta, Toshiba, Kyocera, and Sharp. Barry has also held senior development positions at Colorocs Corporation and Datapoint Corporation.
Barry has been awarded numerous patents in video teleconferencing, image processing, workflow solutions, and document management. He is the co-author of Networking Essentials and is a technical reviewer for Macmillan Publishers, Wrox Press, and New Riders Press. He was also a technical reviewer of the book Windows NT Device Driver Development.
Barry earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.
Senior Vice President of Global Sales
Flynn has more than 20 years of experience in technology sales and more than 15 years of legal technology experience. He is responsible for the global sales of all Aderant products.
Before joining Aderant, Flynn served as Vice President of Sales for a division of LexisNexis. He was responsible for the sale of all law firm marketing solutions products including Martindale-Hubbell and Lawyers.com as well as software solutions InterAction, atVantage, and Redwood Analytics. At LexisNexis Flynn’s responsibility grew to managing more than 260 people and producing revenues of more than $280 million.
Flynn was the Vice President of Sales for Interface Software selling the InterAction CRM solution prior to that company’s acquisition by LexisNexis. He holds a BA in marketing and advertising from Marquette University.
Vice President of Client Support
Carter has more than 25 years of experience in software and IT professional services that give him the knowledge and expertise to run the global Aderant Client Support organization while driving excellence and best practices.
Most recently Carter was Director of Strategic Initiatives for Aderant. He worked with executives from all Aderant divisions including R&D, Sales, Professional Services, and Support to implement strategic initiatives to improve company profitability. He was responsible for planning the acquisition and integration of CompuLaw, Client Profiles, and CRM4Legal into Aderant’s business.
Prior to joining Aderant Carter was Director of Cloud Alliances and Business Models for the Federal Systems division of Unisys. He was responsible for developing alliances with software vendors in support of a cloud-based platform-as-a-service solution offering. Carter came to Unisys Federal Systems from Unisys’ Financial Services business unit, where he served as Practice Director for the healthcare payments market. Prior to that Carter managed all of Unisys’ service delivery personnel in the southeastern US as Director of South Region Consulting Services. Concurrent with that role, Carter was responsible for the competency development of all of Unisys’ North American delivery personnel for Microsoft-based solutions.
Carter previously held senior management positions in technology consulting and professional services at S1 and Inmar. He also spent more than 11 years at Accenture.
Carter earned a BS magna cum laude in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Vice President Sales, North America
Callahan is a seasoned software sales executive with nearly two decades of experience meeting the business management needs of law firms and other professional services organizations. Callahan is responsible for sales management, execution and enablement in North America. He is also a recognized industry expert in enterprise applications and business intelligence solutions.
Prior to joining Aderant, Callahan served as the Director, Enterprise Segment Marketing for Thomson Reuters where he was responsible for segment strategy, revenue, product sales, budget goals, product, and program management for Thomson Reuters Elite business intelligence solutions. Prior to that Callahan was the Vice President, Strategic Sales for Aderant, where he was responsible for sales, sales management, marketing, and business development for the company’s business intelligence applications.
Earlier in his career Callahan was Executive Vice President, Strategic Sales for Solution 6 Group where he was responsible for global sales, marketing, and business development efforts for the company’s Enterprise and Professional solutions. Before then he served as President of Keystone Solutions US, Inc.
Callahan received a Bachelor and Masters of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan.
